What are the language requirements for the Master Programme Roads Roads to Democracies?

A proof of English language proficiency equivalent to Level C1 of the Common European Frame of Reference is a mandatory prerequisite for admission. Proficiency of English should be documented by relevant test scores, e.g. an IELTS or TOEFL test. The test result must be valid at the time your study starts. Students with a formal university transcript or degree certificate for their bachelor’s degree where it is clearly stated that the language of instruction for the programme was English do not have to provide such a test score. However, an confirmation issued by the university is needed.
